Non-essential travel banned for another 30 days.
The United States and Canada have agreed to extend a ban on non-essential travel between the two nations by another 30 days as part of the fight against the coronavirus.
Officials of both nations said it was likely that the measure would extend until June 21. This does not cover trade across the 5,525-mile border.
Particularly challenging areas are New York state, an epicenter of the COVID-19 outbreak, Ontario and Quebec, the two most populous provinces of Canada.
As the Lord Leads, Pray with Us…
- For President Trump and Prime Minister Trudeau and their goal to keep people of both nations safe through extension of the travel ban.
- For businesses considered non-essential that still rely on the exchange of goods and services between the U.S. and Canada.
